Love for Good.....not for Compromise...

I am so stucked regarding a particular college assignment that I need to do for Monday. I thought of starting today but didnt. Laziness being the only reason.
But i feel m sort of "glowing" since morning. And the reason being my "guy". Starting the day, hearing his  voice over the phone lifts up my spirits like nothing else.
Me and my gal pals were just now watching Sex and the City: the movie-part 1. And I realised that I often feel like Charlotte. My life seems too perfect when I see good people suffer. I am blessed with a good boyfriend who makes my life better, easy and fun. But some really good friends of mine who are lovely, pretty, sweet and nice human-beings have/had pathetic boys in their life who never deserved the love and loyalty they are getting/got. I still am happy for the ones who broke up and moved on for good but i feel really sad and also angry for the ones who are still trying to work it out without much effort being shown from the other side. They are just not being able to quit and I fear if they start believing that compromising should always be on a girl's part.

Another thing that really bothers me is when a girl is labelled "slut", "unfaithful", "bitch", etc when she leaves her boyfriend. Why do people judge so quickly? I know, sometimes girls/boys just play around with their partners and uses them and dump them. But that's not the truth in all cases. Sometimes a girl has to come forward and quit because she's not happy with a particular guy. I mean if she's not happy, what do you expect? To act that she's perfectly happy (and then she's termed a "liar"), and just be with someone because she said "I love you" once and maybe even got physical. Sometimes things just don't work out well after you enter into a relationship and start knowing the person better.
One thing I wish my friends with "undeserving" partners should learn is to avoid such hypocrisy and stop thinking about what will others say.

THREE FILMS!!!!

For someone who can watch movies non-stop the whole day, choosing 3 is a though call. Extremely though!!!... Still, i am trying...to choose. Maybe, in a week it can change, but as of now the top 3 are:

1. A Walk to Remember
"It all comes down to who's by your side"
My favourite romantic movie of all time. Mandy Moore's wonderful and so is Shane West. Jamie and Landon's love seems to be the perfect love of all times. Everything about this movie-the plot, characters, songs, etc touches your heart.

2. Jab We Met
Kareena Kapoor as the talkative, lively "Geet" is simply adorable. It's one of the best movies of the Hindi Film Industry. Perfect (and very original) story, superb direction and dialogues by Imtiaz Ali, amazing characters, foot-tapping music and  unforgettable scenes(my favourite is the "hotel decent" scene).

3. 50 First Dates
Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore are a perfect on-screen couple. Something as serious as amnesia was shown so light-heartedly that it makes one feel that life and love is not that difficult if you know how to live it. This movie has a feel-good factor for which I can never get bored watching it.
